We are staying in the Khannayao area of Bangkok and when driving there from the airport we use a part of the ring road (Kanchanapisek Road). Just a bit before the exit to the Ramintra road you will see this interesting light from a restaurant. Welcome to Chef’s House Bangkok.
The restaurant features a nice outdoor and indoor area. During our first visit to this place the manager showed me around and proudly presented the wine cellar room. They keep a nice selection of wines.
As for the food we tried some delicious Thai favourites. All came out really nice and we decided at that point to already come back soon (which we did). A couple of examples are shown below.
Both indoor and outdoor feature podiums which regularly will have live music.
How to get here?
To get here you can take different approaches. You can take the above mentioned exit from the ring road (Ramintra) and take the very first u-turn to the left (!). Now keep following this road and you will see the restaurant on the right. Another way to get here is the Kaset-Nawamin road and follow this all the way to the end (beyond the Chocolate Ville restaurant). At the end turn left and just shortly after that you find the restaurant on the left.
Public transport options do not really get to this area. But you can take a taxi or Grab.
